Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered.

However, if you experience technical issues (e.g., corrupted file, missing pages), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@mackey-dokey.com, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.
