Q: Are your products physical or digital?
A: All our products are digital downloads (PDFs). You can print them at home, school, or a local shop.

Q: Do you provide both Simplified and Traditional Chinese?
A: Yes! All of our resources include both scripts (简 / 繁).

Q: How do I receive my purchase?
A: Once payment is complete, you’ll receive an email with a download link.

Q: Can I share the files with friends or colleagues?
A: No, purchases are for personal/classroom use only. Please encourage others to support us by purchasing their own copy.

Q: I lost my files. Can I download them again?
A: Yes, you can re-download from your account or request a new link by contacting us. 

Q: Do you provide VAT receipts?
A: Yes. mackey-dokey Limited is VAT registered in the UK. All prices on our website are VAT inclusive unless stated otherwise. If you need a VAT invoice/receipt for your order, please email us at hello@mackey-dokey.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to provide one.
